The solution is hosted by EazyProject, which ensures that AOF Nord only has to focus on using the solution and need not worry about hosting or the daily running of the servers behind it.

AOF Nord is a modern company providing information and courses. Under the motto ‘Do something with your life’, it offers teaching, guidance counselling and consultancy services in North Jutland. The company is a leader in the region in reading/spelling and dyslexia programs, health and lifestyle courses, guidance counselling, public information and integration.
All of these services are intended to give people the opportunity to develop and strengthen their competencies in relation to society, the labour market and their private life.
It was important for us to find a flexible solution that could be scaled up or down in relation to the development of our organisation, and the solution from EazyProject has met our expectations to the fullest. The ongoing dialogue with EazyProject has also worked perfectly.
AOF Nord has been an EazyProject customer since 2008.
We now have the opportunity to obtain a continually adjusted overview of how much time we have spent on the individual tasks, in relation to what we had budgeted for them.
The challenge
In line with AOF Nord’s ongoing growth, it was becoming a bigger and bigger administrative burden to collect data at task level, while also managing the employees’ flex and holiday accounts. The employees entered their own data into Excel spreadsheets, which were subsequently merged and forwarded to an Access database.
Overall this work approach cost a lot of time and did not exactly motivate the individual employees to register their hours, as it was a lengthy process.

The EazyProject solution
EazyProject software was implemented at AOF Nord in October 2008 as a tool for both time registration and project- and holiday/flex management. The solution is hosted by EazyProject, which ensures that AOF Nord only has to focus on using the solution and does not need to worry about hosting or the daily running of the services behind it.
Today AOF Nord uses the solution, far more easily than previously, to register hours for more than 100 teachers, each of whom enters their own hours into the system.
Customized employee profiles
In order with managing flexitime and holidays, the individual employee’s profile is completely tailored so it takes into account, for example, reduced hours and seniority programs.
Overviews of flex and holidays can naturally be extracted regularly in separate reports.

First and foremost, we save time in connection with the registering of hours.
Furthermore, we can now obtain a regular overview of how much time we have spent on individual tasks in relation to what we had budgeted for them, and this naturally opens up for a more qualitative dialogue on the individual task’s status.
