For some people it is important to note down the hours spent on specific work tasks, while for others it is the time they clocked in/clocked out that is relevant; for others, it can be a combination of these.
As all businesses have different approaches to time registration which can vary from department to department or possibly even right down to individual staff, we have developed a very flexible approach to registering when people clock in and clock out.
It is possible to use a stopwatch to start and stop the day and there is the opportunity to enter as many clock-in/clock-out registrations in one day as you need.
It has been easy and unproblematic to adapt the system to our organisation, structure and needs.
Specifically, we have developed three different clock-in/clock-out systems suitable for different employee work styles.
1. Pure clock-in/clock-out times, where the employee only needs to register what time they arrive at work and what time they leave to go home. The flex account is calculated accordingly.
2. Clock-in/clock-out times with project registration. Here, the project time registration must match 100% with the clock-in/clock-out time registration.
3. Clock-in/clock-out times with project registration, where the project registration is crucial for the flex account and the clock-in/clock-out time is used as a ‘calculator’.

EazyProject includes a user-friendly punch clock that can be used both online and out-of-office.
EazyProject can be used as both a simple clock-in, clock-out registration tool or as a complete time registration tool.
Start and stop of time is made via simple screen displays. ‘Ongoing tasks’ are clearly displayed to the user.
When the employee uses the punch clock, the system registers the time between start and stop itself.
The punch clock can also be used via the EazyProject Web App, where a list of the employee’s tasks can be easily started and stopped.
