This is how it works

EazyProjects Visma DataLøn module allows you to transfer data to the Visma DataLøn payroll system through Dataløns API, data is sent directly between the two systems and not via files.

The export is easily set up via EazyProject’s user-friendly interface. It could not be easier to ensure that data is moved correctly between the two systems.

This integration is used i.a. of Danmarks Nationalbank.

How e-conomic works

E-conomic and back again

EazyProject allows the possibility of direct integration with the accounting software e-conomic. You then only need to retain customer and invoice data in one place.

It only takes a few minutes to get started with EazyProject’s e-conomic integration.

You are free from lengthy instructions and setup procedures, as EazyProject quickly handles the setup for you. Fill out the setup form that appears on the screen and you’ll be ready to transfer invoices, customers etc.

Transfer with a single click

By transferring customer data to e-conomic, customers are created with standard values such as debtor group, VAT code, payment terms and templates.

If your customers have different payment terms, for example, you don’t have to worry about changing the payment terms for each customer in e-conomic when new customers are transferred to the program.

Invoices

When invoices and credit notes are transferred to e-conomic, EazyProject checks whether the correct master data is available in e-conomic. If for example an ‘attention person’, product or EAN number is missing, e-conomic automatically updates with this information before the invoice is transferred.

How Bluegarden works

EazyProject’s Bluegarden module offers the ability to enter data into the Bluegarden payroll system via a shared file format. Data can be entered as a file based on approved hours spent or as a file that takes the delta conditions (the difference) into account in the registrations.

The export is set up with just a few clicks and an interval for how often the integration should run is easily set up via EazyProject’s user-friendly interface. It couldn’t be easier to ensure that data is transferred correctly between the two systems.

This integration is used for example by Danmarks Nationalbank.

How Microsoft Dynamics works

The integration to the Microsoft Dynamics series gives the opportunity to exchange data between EazyProject and Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX, Dynamics C5, and Dynamics 365 as the series is now called – Navision and C5 are also supported in this integration. Data can be exchanged in different file formats and with different content based on your company’s specific installation.

This is our most used integration and is used by CREO Arkitekter, PLH Architects and COBE.

Are you a financial officer?

Then this integration will add considerable value to your work and your company.

You always receive updated project finances in your finance system and you can use EazyProject’s user-friendly solution to gather important data from all your colleagues.

Projects can be ‘fed’ into your finance system and then transferred to EazyProject’s project module.

Time registration and any invoicing are entered into EazyProject and transferred to the correct projects in your MS Dynamics solution.

Technology and updates

EazyProject’s integration module is developed in line with the release of new versions of the Microsoft Dynamics series. You will thus experience a standard integration that follows the updates in both solutions – exactly how a well-considered integration should work.

This integration is developed in collaboration with the company Dynateam, which is a certified Microsoft partner.

How Sproom works

It is also possible to use EazyProject’s invoicing to send out electronic invoices via Sproom.

Sproom specialises in sending and receiving electronic invoices and is part of the Visma Group.

It is relatively easy to set up and you can view the status of your messages at all times, as well as whether they have been read by the recipient. The latest technology in this area ensures you get the easiest solution for all your invoicing needs.

Along with integrating with your finance system we can transfer information so it can be added to your accounts.

Among others, this integration is used by Dorte Mandrup, COBE and Lendager Group.

How Lessor works

EazyProject’s Lessor integration provides the opportunity to transfer data to the Lessor payroll system. You can transfer time registrations, holidays, time off in lieu and absences.

Data will only be transferred to Lessor after it has been approved by the employee and manager in EazyProject – this ensures that payroll data is always correct.

The export is easily set up in just a few clicks and an interval for how often the integration should run is easily set up via EazyProject’s user-friendly interface.

This integration is used by PLH Architects.

How Silkeborg Data works

EazyProject’s integration to Silkeborg Data provides the opportunity to enter and transfer absence data.

You enter time registrations and absences to a file based on hours spent via a 2-step approval process.

This integration is used for example by Kolding Municipality.

How Danløn works

EazyProject’s Danløn integration provides the opportunity to tranfer absences and time registrations to the Danløn payroll system.

The export is configured quickly and easily via EazyProject’s user-friendly interface.

Our Autopilot integration makes it possible to transfer the following data from Autopilot to EazyProject.

The Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, you will receive updates from the economy system and gather important data on projects and employees.

New projects are created in the economy system and further on transferred to the Project module in EazyProject.

All time registration and invoices are created in EazyProject and further on transferred to the Uniconta integration.

How ProMark works

ProMark integration allows you to load holidays and absences data into EazyProject.

This integration supplies solutions into Workforce Management.

The ProMark integration is used by DEAS.

How Unik works

The Unik Corporation System Design, is specialist in software for Property Management, and are located in Vejle, Jutland.

Through modern technology, data are being transferred into the EazyProject system, and loaded to Helpdesk, time tracking and calendar module etc.

Evernote is known for offering a user-friendly cloud service for sharing and organising notes and ‘to-do’ lists.

How Epos works

EazyProject offers automatic entering of user data from the Epos HR solution.

The company Azets is the supplier of Epos Løn and other solutions and services in accounting, payroll and HR as well as payroll and HR systems.

Using modern technology, we ensure that data is transferred and entered into EazyProject – employee data thus only needs to be maintained in Epos. User data can then be used in EazyProject and is always up-to-date.

This integration is used by Domea.dk, among others.

How the system works

SLS integration: EazyProject has direct integration to SLS (Statens Løn System, the Danish state’s payroll system for civil servants), which is used to calculate and pay out salaries for a large proportion of the state’s salaried employees.

You can therefore transfer information about absences from EazyProject to SLS. Employees have personal access to flex and holiday accounts via EazyProject’s user-friendly screen displays.

The report ‘SLS absence’ in EazyProject contains all the tools necessary to locate and transfer data to SLS. The report is incredibly quick and easy to work with.

EazyProject’s API offers the opportunity for data exchange with other IT systems. This means that projects and customers etc. only need to be entered once into one system.

How Auto Import Export works

EazyProject contains an import-export module that offers the opportunity to exchange data between many different systems. This includes entering and retrieving projects, employees, time registrations and supplier invoices.

File integration is typically used to transfer data to and from finance and payroll systems such as Navision, C5, Axapta, Unik Bolig, EPOS, Bluegarden, Danløn, Promark and so on.

Each import/export function is set up with just a few clicks and data is shared between the systems, after which an interval for entering and retrieving is set up. It couldn’t be easier to ensure that data is moved correctly between the different systems.
